CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Appointment Cancellations: • We kindly request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of their service amount. 2. No-Show Policy: • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any prior notice will be considered a no-show and charged a fee of 50% of their service amount. • Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for a deposit or pre-payment for future appointments.
